Child Safety Standards

Lokeys is committed to providing a safe environment for all users. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation material (CSAE/CSAM) on our platform. This document describes the policies and practices we use to detect, prevent, and respond to CSAE on Lokeys.

The following are strictly prohibited on Lokeys:

• Any content that sexually exploits or endangers minors (anyone under 18)
• Sexual abuse imagery of minors (CSAM), in any form, real or generated
• Solicitation or grooming of minors for sexual purposes
• Sharing personal information (location, contact, address) of minors without consent of parents/guardians
• Predatory behavior, including unsolicited messages with sexual content directed at minors
• Trafficking, child labor, or any form of exploitation

3.1 Age requirement

Lokeys is rated for users 18 and older. Users register with verified email and confirm they are at least 18 years old. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed.

3.2 Content moderation

All public posts, stories, and profile media are subject to review. We use a combination of automated detection and human moderation to identify prohibited content. Reports of CSAE are prioritized for immediate review.

3.3 In-app reporting

Every post, story, comment, profile, and chat conversation includes a Report button accessible from the more-options menu. Users can report CSAE or any safety concern with one tap. Reports are routed to our trust & safety team for review within 24 hours.

3.4 Account enforcement

Accounts found to engage in or share CSAE content are immediately and permanently banned. We preserve evidence in accordance with applicable law.

Lokeys reports confirmed CSAE incidents to the appropriate national and international authorities, including but not limited to:

• National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) for content involving the United States
• Vietnam Department of Cybersecurity and High-Tech Crime Prevention (A05) for incidents in Vietnam
• Local law enforcement in the jurisdiction where the user or victim resides

We comply with all valid legal requests from law enforcement agencies investigating CSAE.

In the app

Tap the more-options icon (⋯) on any post, profile, comment, or chat → tap Report → select the appropriate reason → submit. Reports are anonymous to the reported user.

Email supportlokeys.app@gmail.com with subject line "Child Safety Report". Include the user/post URL, a brief description, and any evidence (screenshots). We respond within 24 hours.

Our designated point of contact for child safety inquiries: contact@naviwebsite.vn. This contact is qualified to discuss our CSAM prevention practices and respond to compliance inquiries from authorities.

Lokeys complies with all applicable child safety laws, including:

• United States: 18 U.S. Code §2258A reporting requirements
• European Union: Digital Services Act (DSA) Article 18 (Member State competent authority reporting)
• Vietnam: Law on Cybersecurity (2018) and Law on Child Care, Protection and Education (2016)
• UK: Online Safety Act 2023
• Australia: Online Safety Act 2021

We review and update these standards periodically. Material changes will be reflected on this page along with a new "last updated" date.
